Yes, we offer FREE SHIPPING! We know you're excited to start your project, and we are as well! You can expect your order to ship from our facilities in California within 1-3 business days via Ground service and large orders over 15 boxes (300 sq ft) will ship freight. Shipping lead times, and transit carriers will depend on your shipping location, coast-to-coast deliveries takes approximately 7 business days in transit.

We pack all freight orders on custom pallets for transit. We will send you the freight tracking once your order ships. You will receive a call from the freight company prior to final delivery and all freight is insured against transit damage. Please inspect all boxes for damage prior to signing the release. Damage found after delivery is not covered by transit insurance or Reclaim Arbor, so please check!

All items are completely insured and in the event of incident, replacements will be shipped upon completion of the claim process.
